By accessing or using any services provided by micronode ("we," "us," or "our") at micronode.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
micronode provides game server hosting and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. By providing payment information, you authorize micronode to charge the applicable fees. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
You may cancel your service at any time through your client portal. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service without prior notice. Upon termination, your data may be deleted. It is your responsibility to back up any important data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, micronode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

micronode offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with your service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment.
This guarantee applies to your first invoice only. Renewal payments, upgrades, and additional services purchased after the initial order are not eligible for refunds.
